Temporary Domestic Staff Cover

We offer our domestic staff recruitment service for temporary cover in the following situations:

During school holidays, to help at home with the children before the family holiday.
To accompany you on holiday so that you can enjoy a genuine rest.
To cover your regular domestic employee’s holiday.
To help during periods of convalescence or particularly demanding professional commitments.

Live-in family carer in Madrid: 400€/1 month — 1 initial placement + 1 free replacement
Live-in elderly carer in Madrid: 300€/1 month — 1 initial placement + 1 free replacement
Live-in carers outside Madrid: 500€/1 month — 1 initial placement + 1 free replacement
Part-time workers depending on working schedule: from 200€ to 300€/1 month — 1 initial placement + 1 free replacement
Extra month: 100€
Full HR administration service for temporary cover: 125€ — Includes: employment contract + Social Security registration on your behalf + subsequent deregistration + Settlement and Final Pay (Finiquito) document.

Prices exclude VAT.

LIVE-IN for families with children — temporary cover	1.600€
Salary calculated with both annual bonus payments prorated. Upon termination of the employment relationship, the proportional holiday entitlement must be settled + Severance of 1 day per month worked

LIVE-IN for households without children — temporary cover	1.500€
Salary calculated with both annual bonus payments prorated. Upon termination of the employment relationship, the proportional holiday entitlement must be settled + Severance of 1 day per month worked

LIVE-IN elderly carer — temporary cover	1.400€
Salary calculated with both annual bonus payments prorated. Upon termination of the employment relationship, the proportional holiday entitlement must be settled + Severance of 1 day per month worked
