+2 full bonus payments per year.
The number of live-in childcare workers has declined sharply due to the excessive working hours and level of responsibility demanded of them over recent years. We therefore ask employers to respect and distribute daily working hours so that they do NOT exceed 10 hours per day, and that the Saturday finish time is 12:00 noon, in compliance with legislation on rest days for live-in employees.
Weekly Rest Days
- Option 1: Saturdays from 12:00 noon until Sunday at 21:00, or Monday at 07:30/08:00.
- Option 2: Sundays from 08:00 until Monday at 14:00.
EXCEPTIONAL SITUATIONS
- 1 public holiday worked: 80€
- 1 special public holiday — Christmas or New Year: 125€
- 1 Saturday afternoon: 40€
- 1 full weekend worked: 125€ — from Saturday 14:00 to Sunday 21:00
- 1 weekend from Friday afternoon: 150€
