For the purposes of the LOPD, House and Kids Consulting, S.L. informs you that the data you voluntarily provide will be incorporated into our information systems in order to carry out the necessary commercial and administrative operations with website users. CV SUBMISSION

Should the user submit their CV through our website, we inform them that the data provided will be processed in order to include them in any relevant selection processes, and that a profile analysis will be carried out with the aim of selecting the best candidate for a vacancy within the organisation. Please note that this is the only official procedure for accepting CVs; CVs submitted by any other means will not be accepted. Should any changes to your data occur, we kindly request that you notify us in writing as soon as possible, so that your records may be kept up to date.

Data will be retained for a maximum period of one year, after which it will be deleted, with full confidentiality guaranteed both in its processing and subsequent destruction. If, after this period, you wish to continue to be considered for the organisation’s selection processes, we kindly ask you to resubmit your CV.

Data may be processed and/or shared with other companies within our group during the period of retention of your CV and for the same purposes as stated above.

SUBSCRIPTION TO THE House and Kids Consulting, S.L. BLOG

APPLICABLE LAW

For all purposes, the relationships between House and Kids Consulting, S.L. and the Users of its online services, as provided on this website, are governed by Spanish law, to which the parties expressly submit, with the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid having exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes arising from or relating to the use of this website.
