Annual Nanny Voucher — Hourly Babysitting Service
Information about our occasional childcare service, for a maximum of 3 consecutive days.
What Do We Mean by a Nanny?
A nanny provides an occasional, hourly service with no ongoing commitment, and the arrangement does not involve a formal employment contract.
The tasks carried out by a nanny are limited to the care and personal attention of the children.
They do not carry out household chores (cleaning, ironing).
How to Request a Nanny
- Booking requests: Monday to Friday, in writing by email at info@houseandkids.es, or by telephone on 91 579 8713 / WhatsApp: 664 40 59 00
- Requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Special public holidays: on 24th/25th and 31st December and 1st and 6th January, the hourly rate is increased by 50%.

Annual Nanny Voucher — Hourly Babysitting Service
Annual Voucher Price: €225 + VAT
This payment entitles you to request 1 nanny on specific days whenever you need one over a 12-month period, for a maximum of 3 consecutive days. For longer periods, such as school holidays, a different type of arrangement would apply and you would need to formalise a temporary employment relationship with the carer.
This price does NOT include the cost of the nanny herself: each service you request must be paid directly to the nanny when she finishes her work, based on the following rates (within Madrid city):
- Hourly rate: €12 (+ €8 per service towards transport costs, if outside Madrid’s transport Zone A)
- If the nanny leaves after midnight, an extra €15 will be added for an Uber
- For bookings of more than 6 hours, or at weekends, we will consider adjusting the hourly rate or offering a fixed price for the weekend
1 nanny for a maximum of 3 children: playing with them, taking them to after-school activities, helping with homework, tidying the children’s bedroom, their clothes and toys, preparing bottles and simple meals for the children, etc.

- Availability on the date and at the times you require.
- We cannot guarantee that the service will always be carried out by the same person, although we will take this into account; we are subject to each candidate’s availability.
- Before each service, you will receive the profile of the person who will carry it out, with all their personal details, documentation and employment references, verified and also verifiable by you if you wish.
