COURSE CONTENT

1. OPTIMISING HOUSEHOLD CLEANING TIME:

We organise the housekeeper’s daily working time, providing appropriate guidelines to establish a consistent daily routine. This approach ensures that available working time is used to its full potential, producing professional and thorough results.

Daily, weekly and fortnightly cleaning of the entire home, together with an assessment of cleaning materials and products.

• Perfect bed-making.
• Bed turndown service.
• Bathrooms.
• Dusting.
• Vacuuming and mopping floors.
• Changing bed linen and towels.
• Kitchen cleaning.
• Vacuum cleaner: functions and correct use.
• Use of cleaning tools and products.

2. LAUNDRY AND IRONING:

• Stain treatment.
• Sorting laundry by colour.
• Operating the washing machine.
• Operating the tumble dryer.
• Hanging laundry correctly.
• Ironing and folding shirts, trousers, etc.

3. PROTOCOL:

• Table setting: Laying crockery, cutlery and glassware. Serving at table.
• Receiving visitors: How to properly welcome guests and visitors to the home.
• Telephone protocol: How to answer the telephone correctly and take messages.

NOTE: On the first day of the course, there will be a meeting with the lady of the house to agree on specific points, cleaning preferences, family schedules, etc.
