Domestic Staff Employment Contracts
When hiring a domestic employee, you must draw up a contract that sets out the terms of the position and the agreed remuneration.
These are the most commonly used contract templates:
- Indefinite-term contract (online)
- Fixed-term contract (online)
- Payslip template (download as .xls file)
- Employer withdrawal with notice period template (for printing)
- Employer withdrawal without notice period template (for printing)
- Settlement and final pay (Finiquito)
- Form TA.2/S-0138 — Application for registration, deregistration or change of details for employed workers under the General Social Security Scheme — Special Household Workers System.
- Form TA.6 – 0138_HOGAR — Application for Employer Account Code (CCC) for employers under the Household Special System, and for deregistration and change of details.
- Form TA.7 — Application for registration, deregistration and change of details for a contribution account.
